Having been use to coconuts that had a thicker layer of coconut meat, this was a nice new experience. Mike had fun trying to open them up as I watched and giggled as he took a hammer and screwdriver to them.
1. We retrieved about 2 cups of coconut water
2. We scraped the tender milky meat out and placed on a sheet to put in the dehydrator.
3. Once dried, we placed in the chopper/blender and to our surprise had coconut sugar.
