I substituted 1 lb of cooked- grass feed Angus beef, free of hormone & antibiotics
1 box of prebaked lasagna shells
3 1/2 cups of Tomato Sauce
Mix together and set aside:
2 cups Ricotta Cheese
1 cups mozzarella Shredded cheese
1/2 cup parmigiana
3 tsp of Parsley Chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
Mix 1/2 cup of Water with 1 cup of Tomato Sauce and place at the bottom of the Inner pot.
Breaking the shells in half place two pcs in the center and then fill in with another broken shell.
Then layer with 1/2 of the cooked beef or crushed meatballs.
Pour a 1/2 cup of sauce
Then another layer of shells.
Spoon in the Cheese Mixture.
Place another layer of shells.
Then layer again with the other half of meat or crushed meatballs.
Pour another cup of sauce over the meat.
Place the final layer of shells.
Cover with 1 cup of sauce.
Cover with 1 cup Mozzarella.
Place lid on the unit, lock the lid and switch the pressure release valve to closed.
Press the soup/stew button and then press the time adjustment button until you reach 20 min.
I reset and did an additional 10 minutes to get the shells softer.
Let it set for 10 minutes before serving.
